  • No, there is no need to see a GP before engaging in my services. Get in contact via phone or email and we can plan your care from there!

  • Yes! I understand that having a private midwife is an investment and something that may take financial planning. I have a few payment plans to choose from.

  • Care can begin as early as finding out you're pregnant or as late as 36 weeks if you’ve decided to change care providers. I encourage anyone contemplating my care to reach out as I may be available.

  • Yes, all of your pregnancy and postpartum care attracts a medicare rebate. I will issue you a receipt at the conclusion of your care and once you submit that to medicare you will receive your rebate. This rebate can differ for each individual but is usually around $1500 - $2500. *Please note this is an estimate only*

  • I live in Yarram, Victoria but will travel 1.5 hours for women planning a home birth.

    Women who are planning a hospital birth and live further than 1 hour from Yarram, will attend clinic (located in Yarram) for some of the pregnancy appointments and pay a travel fee for home visits.

  • The Hypnobirthing Australia™ program is an evidence-based, independent childbirth education program for women and their birth partners. Whilst primarily focusing on a physiological birth, the program is all about educating women and working towards a positive birth experience no matter what turn your birth may take. Learning about the physiology of birth, debunking childbirth fears, practical support tools for labour & birth, navigating common interventions, informed decision making and more! The program can support you in achieving a birth where you feel empowered and in control.
